Many of my loyal blog readers will remember last March that I blogged
this and Steve blogged
this about the ground breaking ceremony at our church.
Just 12 1/2 months ago our church looked like this..

Can you believe this is that same empty field today? We still have our old, church it's just behind the new massive building.

This afternoon we got to witness another ceremony, the raising of the cross. I heard a few weeks ago that the cross was in and figured they were waiting for something special before adding to the building. I guess it doesn't get much better than Good Friday.

Steve took his lunch break at 1:00 to met us there, along with several other members of our church. We explained to Cooper that Bob and Lofty were going to raise the cross.
