Weekend

I feel like I should do a post on our weekend even though we didn't do much, because that's what we do, we blog about our weekends. Friday the boys and I had a play date with Sharon, Allie, and Wyatt. Sharon and her husband, Jesse, spent the last few months building their new house and finally moved in a couple weeks ago. It's about a 45/50 minute drive so we spent most of the day. I wish I would have gotten some pics because the house is beautiful. They designed the floor plan and everything inside; flooring, cabinets, fixtures, windows, etc. All this with an infant. The kids all played awesome. Cooper and Cameron both slept on the way home so it was a nice quite and relaxing drive. That evening Steve took Cooper to church for a worship event we had, I knew it would be a late night so Cameron and I stayed home and had dinner with my mom.

Saturday morning Scott us and their parents over for breakfast. I had to take a picture of this, he isn't asleep, his hat it just pulled down. He kept it like that for a while. After breakfast Cooper wanted to watch Polar Express. I don't know if I will ever get tired of it, it gives me chills every time I watch it. He had the best seat in the house.

We spent the rest of day running errands and doing things around the house. We turned in some canned goods to REMC to get free CFL lightbulbs, got the oil changed in my car, ordered Cooper's birthday cake, ordered our pajamas for our Christmas card, I got our Christmas budget and lists worked out, ordered a gift for the boys, cleaned out the garage, and took two walks.

We tried to have a movie night Saturday, it last for about 20 minutes. But it did provide for the cutest picture ever!!!!
And a silly picture of Cameron, if you ask him to smile he gives you this.

We went to church Sunday morning and came home and relaxed the rest of the day. We kept the boys up late on Saturday and it worked!!! Cooper is waking up a little early, he is by 7:00, which I can totally handle now that it is light and Cameron is sleeping in. He didn't get up until almost 8 today. I feel refreshed this time of year. I enjoy this time change in the beginning because it gets light out so early in the morning. I drag when it's dark till almost 8.

Now I am gearing up for a busy week of grocery shopping, appreciate dinner at church, celebrating my father-in-laws birthday. You will have to stay tuned, you will not believe where we are going.
