Papaw's Birthday

Last night was Papaw's big birthday celebration. I know the suspense is killing you trying to figure out where we went. Are you ready???

(Ignore Cooper's hand)

I haven't the slightest clue how we ended up at Chuck E Cheese. I think, one day Cooper was talking to Steve's parents about their upcoming birthdays, it's always a big thing that Cooper and his Papaw have close birthdays, and they must have asked what he wanted to do for Papaw and Cooper said go to Chuck E Cheese. That is unconditional love! I, like most parents, have a love/hate relationship with this place. My son loves it so by default I have to as well. All 7 of us could have went out to eat and spent $50 and the kids would have been stuck at table all night, or we could go have fun.

Cameron was all over the place. Once he got the lay of the land he was running! He loves to climb up the skee ball ramp and throw the balls. Kids got a good little arm on him.

Someone else enjoyed a little skee ball action themselves.

After some playtime we went back to Mamaw and Papaw's for cake and ice cream. Cooper rode back with Scott and as soon as we got out of the car he asked when I was leaving. Since when did I become chopped liver? He got to spend the night with them so he was ready for the real fun to begin, you know the one where mom and dad leave.

They called us later in the evening to say goodnight, we had it on speaker and Cameron started looking all around for Cooper. It was so sweet! Scott and his mom brought Cooper back around 9:30 this morning... WOW my morning was easy breezy! I didn't know what to do with myself only getting one person fed.
