It may not be Disney but our fall break is shaping up pretty darn good. Even though I was jus there less than 6 months ago do I still have permission to be bitter about Disney? It's my happy place, I can't help it.
Okay, now on to our fall break. After French Lick and Bowling Green we needed a day to recoup so Wednesday was spent in pajamas. We were back at it on Thursday with a trip to Chuck E Cheese with my mom. Thursday night we picked out Halloween costumes. Cooper is going as Bobba Fett from Star Wars and Cameron is going to be Harry Potter. I can't even begin to tell you how cute the Harry Potter costume is. Bobba Fett, not so much. It's a bad guy on Star Wars, what can I say?
This morning we decided to take a tour at Marengo Cave. We had about 30 minutes to spare before our tour began, I found this sign about an attraction they offer called "the crawl",
Not recommended for anyone over 30? What are we, ancient?

The cave tour was fun. We took the 60 minute Dripstone Trail tour. They turned the lights off to show us what it would be like in the cave without lights. Crazy darkness people! So dark that it would be impossible for your eyes to ever adjust.
This week has flown by, good times with my little family.
I met up with Gretchen tonight for a quick trip to Target. I know, I know.... She's in town and I just went down to BG? I wouldn't have gotten to spend an entire day with her and it's fall break, you do fun things on fall break and BG is fun.
I know this time of year that Pumpkin Spice Lattes from Starbucks are all the rage. I don't drink coffee but I wanted to try one. Gretchen loves coffee so she got one and let me have a taste. They offered to put in a sample cup for me. How cute is my small little cup?
It was good, don't know if I could drink the whole thing but I did like it. The last thing I need is to become addicted to coffee.
I'm loving this fall break thing, we still have another week!
