Last night we went out to Deere Farms to pick some pumpkins. It was us, the Reids, the Bushes, and the Murphys. The plan was to go to Huber's, but I think this might have suited us a little more. It was smaller and less crowded and with 5 kids under the age of 4, it helped to not have a big crowd. We packed our lunch and had a picnic, the kids played in the hay bail maze, and we took a hayride to find pumpkins. Too bad it was almost 90 degrees outside, but still tons of fun.
Looks like Pierce found just the right one.

We are so excited that you where able to come visit us at Deere Farms last fall. We have big expansion plans under way for 2009. There will be a corn box for the small kids in the chicken house. There will also be a small childrens maze added this year.
We hope to see you this fall.
