Ice Cream Cake
Thanks to Tricia, Tracey's sister, for this awesome recipe. Layer a pan with ice cream sandwiches.

I make a similar cake. Mine starts with ice cream sandwiches, followed by a layer of hot fudge, then the cool whip, then the toppings (usually nuts). It's always a big crowd pleaser at gatherings! yum!
Umm...You know how sometimes you invite me over when you have leftover dessert????
