Wee Ones Picnic

We celebrated our final day of Wee Ones with the annual class picnic at the park this morning.  You may need to make the next four pictures bigger.  It's a timeline of his first day in September 2011, last day in May 2012, first day in September 2012, and last day May 2013.  The first and last... oh my!  Where did my baby go?

The picnic was held across the highway at the Charlestown Park, same place as the Charlestown Christmas lights.  My in-laws came over to watch Cameron so I could fully enjoy the morning with my preschool graduate.  It was a good thing too, lots of climbing and exploring going on.
I posted this one on Facebook, it's senior slide show material.  Luke, Megan, and Cooper.  Luke and Cooper will go to Jonathan Jennings together and Megan is going to Pleasant Ridge. Maybe they will all meet back up again in middle school.
These two boys, a different Luke and Caiden, will go to New Washington.  It's a pretty even split between JJ, PR, and New Wash.
This thing must have been popular.
So proud of this boy and all he has accomplished the past two years.  Have I mentioned how much is sight words and sounding out words has taken off these past two weeks?  I'm shocked, it's like all of a sudden it just clicked with him.
This is Ms. Erica.  According to Cooper she is the one who takes away stickers.  Well, she took his away once.
 Ms. Melinda and Ms. Amy.
He did not leave Luke's side the whole morning.  I see many play dates this summer.  And sweet baby Jesus help the teacher if they are both in the same class.

As we were leaving I drove around to the front of the building.  For two years I walked up this sidewalk, started off by carrying Cameron and ending with Cameron running ahead of me to keep up with his bubby.  It's been wonderful, Wee Ones, I'll see you again in the fall of 2014!
