I have a few random pics from this past week.
One day last week the boys had dentist appointments. Cooper is at the age where he goes back all by his self now and Cameron finally laid down without me. This is just adorable!
They both had a great appointments. I had bad teeth as a kid, no matter how good I took care of them, hoping I don't pass that on to them.
Last Friday I went to Big O for a oil change and to get my tires rotated. The boys were in awe over my tires coming off. I also found out I need new front brakes... yuck!
After Big O we headed to Bass Pro. I have been running again and Steve has been urging me to get some pepper spray. I feel so cool with this thing. It's like I don't want to have to use it, but I want to. Make sense?
My kids loved running around in the camping equipment. I feel like they are sheltered. Maybe one day. Steve and I always joke that one day we are going to just buy a bunch of camping equipment and camp in the back yard. I don't think I would last long in a tent.
Now this is totally random, but every time I walk into Bass Pro, I feel like I'm walking into...
Disney's Wildreness Lodge Resort. I texted our travel agent and she agrees with me. We are Disney nuts.
Today was our third swimming lesson. I was little scared because Ms Lori wasn't there, her daughter took her place. Both kids still did great. I also managed to grab a seat to watch Cooper. By the time Cameron and I change they are usually all gone.
Being brave, ready to jump in.
We were going to head to the pool and meet some neighbors after our lessons. They ended up not being able to come and at the time it wasn't very warm out so after lunch we went to Speed Park. I haven't been since they added the new equipment. They took out some of the older stuff and added a few new things. It's also all together now.
Brave boys trying out the new big slide.
As you can by their face and hair, it got hot while we were there. Cameron woke up early today, I'm hoping the time outside wore him out enough to take a long nap.
I feel like summer is just going right past us. I think we have 43 days until school? I have always liked the idea of a balanced school calendar, but I can see where it gets some criticism. There isn't much we can do about it, just make the best of the time we have.
